E-Store Product Return Policy

Orbichronics has specific conditions regarding returns that must be followed. Your sales receipt is the only proof of purchase available.  Keep your original sales receipt in a safe place with the original box, packing and warranty information. If you need warranty repair, a copy of the sales receipt will be required. Please contact customer service by phone at 480-839-4118 or via email at techsupport@orbichronics.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number  (RMA#).  No returns will be accepted without the RMA# visibly marked on the outside of the package.

 

Products purchased from Orbichronics may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of your product's shipping date, with the exception of products that have been customized through special order arrangements.  Such customized products may be returned for repair or replacement only.

All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) and be shipped prepaid. Orbichronics will not accept packages that are not delivered prepaid.

Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.

We will fully refund you for any unopened item returned within 30 days of your product's shipping date for any reason (shipping not included).

You may return opened product for full store credit or to be exchanged for the same or equivalent item, or we will refund the purchase price paid, less a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs.

All defective products may be returned within 30 days for a replacement when available, or credit.  If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging.

Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.

If you request a replacement, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product. If you need a replacement right away, we suggest you request a credit (rather than a replacement), when you obtain your RMA number. Then place a new order. The new order will be shipped as soon as we have product available and your credit will be applied approximately 10-15 days after we receive the product you are returning.

Return shipment expense for defective product will be reimbursed by Orbichronics, however, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost of non-defective products.
